Room facilities:
The spacious bungalows are in two categories, superior and deluxe. Both feature interior space of 40 m2 with kings size four poster beds (twin beds optional in some rooms), lounge area, CD player, TV with DVD player, mini bar, hair dryer, bath robe and slippers. The superior room category feature roofed shower area, the deluxe category are equipped with spacious open air bathrooms with Jacuzzi.

Resort facilities:
The resort features a spacious open air restaurant, a bar, a small library with magazines, books, movies and music selection, swimming pool, bale, spa pavilion and the hotel temple. The park has tropical plants in abundance and the hotel is surrounded by our own vegetable gardens growing organic produce and spices.

Surrounded by rice paddies and jungle-clad ravines, The Damai is located in the hills overlooking Lovina Bay, 4 km from Lovina center. The hotel is blessed with breathtaking views of Bali’s North coast, from the old capital Singaraja in the East to the sun setting behind the volcanoes of Java to the West.

The Spa at Damai offers you a variety of massage- and body treatments, plus a range of beauty treatments in the privacy of your villa or in one of our spa pavillions. Our expert spa therapists excel in both pampering and restorative treatments, applied in an innovative fusion of both western and eastern therapeutic techniques. All products used are natural and organic.

Weddings and ceremonies:
Both Christian and traditional Balinese Hindu weddings and ceremonies can be held at the hotel upon request with accompanying reception according to your wishes.
Ceremonies start at 1000 usd - but please inquire to the possibilities.
Note that holding an ‘official’ wedding on Bali - that is a legally binding
wedding, not just the religious ceremony - is possible, but requires a great degree of preparation and paper work.

Damai Villas Location and surroundings are very fertile, and a large portion consists of plantations. Here there is grown lime, tea, coffee, spices, and rice. Along the Jalan Damai there are many small villages, and the closest is Kayuputih Melaka, situated slightly north of the hotel. Most of the staff at the hotel comes from the surrounding villages, and therefore the guests from the hotel are met with a natural warmth and friendship, and can always receive good advice as to what to see, and perhaps even be invited when one of the local ceremonies is held. The area is still largely untouched by tourism, and the local population still thinks that it is a big event to meet a tourist. The mesmerizing sounds of the gamelan, the countless sacred and secular dances are among some of the elements of the some villages around the Damai: Panti, Kayuputih, and Sinalud culture that have long captured the hearts of visitors. Damai Villas is located on the north coast of Bali, in the province of Buleleng, between the old capital of Singaraja and Lovina Bay, known for its dolphins. “Hard to find, hard to leave” is what we write in our brochure, and actually Damai is still a hidden treasure, that as of now is not known by many on the island. Jalan Damai, named after the hotel, takes the guests high up on the roads to Damai, which is placed upon a mountainside a few hundred meters above sea level, with a view of the entire bay. This is one of the things, which contributes to the uniqueness of Damai, as it is rare to experience a highland hotel with an ocean view and refreshing ocean breeze. Damai means “peaceful” and it is truly synonymous with the hotel, which is nicely relaxed, with a serene atmosphere.
